What You Need ?
1 cup of chopped broccoli, 2 beaten eggs, 2 tablespoon of crumbled cheese, 2 slices of toasted bread, ΒΌ teaspoon of dried dill, and cooking spray.

Take a nonstick skillet and heat it over medium heat. Coat the pan with the cooking spray and put broccoli on it.
Keep cooking the broccoli for 3 minutes and then take a small bowl and add egg, cheese, and dill into it.
Combine the mixture well and add the mixture to the pan in an omelet shape. Cooking for 3-5 minutes and fill the omelet and cook for another 3 minutes.
Finally, serve with the toast on which you can add butter or cream and sprinkle salt and pepper for flavors.

The salad is the most preferred dish among those who want to lose weight. Among the various forms of salad, Ahi Tuna salad is a classic dish to burn fat faster. On top of that, it has great nutrition value to keep your body fit and not show signs of weaknesses.

What You Need
1 tablespoon of lime juice, coconut amino, olive oil, and wasabi powder each, 1 pound of fresh ahi tuna steaks, half teaspoon of coarse ground black pepper and sesame seeds each, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 5 ounces of mixed baby lettuce, salt, and pepper.

Take a small bowl and throw in lime juice, coconut amino, wasabi powder, olive oil, and salt and pepper as per your estimation.
Take a large bowl, put the baby lettuce in it and then pour the above mixture on it. Keep on tossing for perfect amalgamation.
Now, you have to season each side of the tuna steak perfectly with sesame seeds, cayenne, and black pepper.
Take the large skillet and heat the coconut oil over medium-high heat. Then lay tuna steaks on the skillet and keep in there for 1 minute for each side. Once done, remove from the skillet.
Then use a sharp knife to slice the tuna steaks for serving. Lay the slices over the lettuce mixture and spray salt and pepper before serving.
